What license is required to rent an electric scooter?
A minimum AM or category B driving license is required. Foreign customers can also rent with an EU or international driving license.
How does servicing work?
The first mandatory service is required after 1,000 km, then every 3,000 km thereafter. We will notify you when service is needed. All servicing is handled by Rideezo, and the cost is included in the rental fee.
What happens if the scooter breaks down?
If you experience any issue, please contact us immediately. Repairs or replacement will be handled by the Rideezo team as quickly as possible. If the issue is not caused by misuse or negligence, we cover the repair costs.
How long does the contract and pickup process take?
The process usually takes 20–30 minutes, if all required documents are available. After booking an appointment, our team prepares everything in advance for a smooth and fast experience.
What happens if the scooter is stolen?
The renter is responsible for the safety and storage of the scooter.
In case of theft you must immediately notify the police and Rideezo
If the scooter was properly locked and reported, your liability may be reduced
If not properly secured or reported, the deposit may be retained and additional costs may apply.
How does appointment booking work?
Appointments can be booked online via the Rideezo website or via email using the provided contact details. After booking, our team will contact you to confirm the details.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made by Bank card, Cash, Bank transfer, before signing the contract. Full details are available on the Rideezo website or in the agreement.
