What license is required to rent an electric scooter?

A minimum AM or category B driving license is required. Foreign customers can also rent with an EU or international driving license.

A valid ID card or passport is required, along with a Hungarian phone number or address. The deposit amount depends on the scooter model.

Yes, scooters can be rented from 1 to 12 months. For longer rental periods, based on individual agreements, there may be an option to purchase the scooter.

If you experience any issue, please contact us immediately. Repairs or replacement will be handled by the Rideezo team as quickly as possible. If the issue is not caused by misuse or negligence, we cover the repair costs.

Yes, switching to another model (e.g., for more range or different performance) is possible upon agreement. Any price difference will be handled individually.

In case of theft you must notify the police and Rideezo immediately. If the scooter was properly locked and reported, your liability may be reduced If not properly secured or reported, the deposit may be retained and additional costs may apply

Appointments can be booked online via the Rideezo website or via email using the provided contact details. After booking, our team will contact you to confirm the details.

If pickup is delayed, please inform us in advance.
Late returns will result in additional charges as specified in the contract.
If the delay is not communicated, Rideezo reserves the right to take further action.

Yes, all scooters have basic insurance covering third-party damages.
However, the renter is responsible for personal injuries and damages to the scooter.
We recommend additional insurance if needed.

If the scooter is returned before the end of the contract, the full rental fee must still be paid and is non-refundable.
Early termination without payment is not possible.
